At Clicomy, a brand of Just Marketing SpA (RUT 77.047.645-3, registered address at Avenida Apoquindo 6410, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile), your privacy matters to us. This Policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information across all our service lines: our website and our digital marketing Consulting and Agency services.

By using any of our services you accept the practices described in this Policy.

3.1. Data you provide directly

• Contact and commercial: when you complete a contact or quotation form, join a waiting list, or communicate with us (for example: name, email address, telephone, company and any background information you choose to include).
• Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe.

3.2. Data collected automatically

• Technical browsing information, such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, for the purposes of operation, security and improvement of our services.

4. How we use your information

We use the information in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 to:

• Respond to your queries and quotation requests, and maintain our commercial relationship.
• Provide our Consulting services (advisory, audits, strategic recommendations) and our Agency services (management of your digital marketing and advertising campaigns).
• Send you communications and our newsletter when you authorise it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Operate, maintain, measure and improve our services, and safeguard their security.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Our website does not process payments or collect card details. Where applicable, payments for our services are handled through external payment providers that apply their own security measures; Clicomy does not store your full payment method details.

5. Providers and third parties

To operate our services we work with providers who may process data on our behalf and on our instructions, solely to provide their services to us and under confidentiality and security obligations. These include:

• Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel.
• Email and newsletter delivery: Resend.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Our site may use first-party cookies necessary for its operation and to measure usage for improvement purposes. You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings.
