Consistency beats intensity. It is better to publish well three times a week for three months than to go all out for two weeks and disappear. The key is a system that does not depend on inspiration.

Define your pillars

Choose three or four themes your brand can sustain: product, education, behind the scenes, social proof. Everything you publish hangs off one of those pillars.

The 70/20/10 rule

  1. 70% value and connection content.
  2. 20% social proof and community.
  3. 10% direct selling.

Work in batches

Film and edit in grouped sessions. Producing ten pieces in a day goes much further than wrestling with one piece a day at the last minute.

A simple calendar you stick to is worth more than a perfect one you abandon.
